Mantra

The Mantra hotel project is located in front of Sol Ricaurte Island, Cundinamarca. Its design is developed through a double façade that surrounds the building perimetrically, generating thermal insulation inside the spaces and, at the same time, has openings with a view towards the Magdalena River. With an area of 10,000 m2, the hotel has different spaces distributed over 5 floors. On the ground floor is the commercial showcase consisting of a spa, beauty salon, main restaurant with service open to non-guests, buffet room, service areas (washing area, kitchen, restaurant warehouse, trash room, storage areas, personal spaces), sport bar connected to the water circuit composed of a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. On the second floor are the business center and administrative and operational space of the hotel, game room, gym, staff service areas and rooms. On the third floor, there is an event room and rooms; and on the fourth and fifth floors, there are hotel rooms with views mostly of an extensive green landscape and the Magdalena River.
